Thoughts?

Re: daydreams and mental drifting– maybe story is a sickness

Perhaps "story" cannot be encompassed in a singular definition. A story, by definition, tells about and event or series of events.
Maybe the enigma exists because "story" will not allow itself to be encapsulated or put in a box. It is everything and nothing. It does not wish to be defined. It merely wishes to BE.

Maybe your mind "drifts" because it is trying to live out its own reality, not that imposed on it from exterior sources? That may be good or bad, or both, depending on how it manifests.

I am thinking of the scripture, "Your old men see visions, and your young men dream dreams." Both mechanisms facilitate invoking a reality into being. The one is just more seasoned than the other.

Keep on, my brother. Doing good!

Re: The music of Matthew Perryman Jones on the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy

i totally love this song! thanks! :)

Re: The music of Matthew Perryman Jones on the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy

I love this song!!
You are such a talented writer! Clearly you are also a person who truly digs deep-and not just for post holes. I admire the way you search your heart and share it. You are an inspiration.
Kudos.

Re: Unfinished…

Hiya Paul,

Great to see your blog. All the best for painting those walls! I find going to a cafe really helps when I'm forcing myself to be creative :) so many other sights and people to get ideas from. It helps that I don't know the people, so can make up fascinating stories about them.
